The Commonwealth Foundation, an independent, non-profit research and educational institute in Harrisburg, has a radio broadcast called "The BOX Program" that brings in guest speakers to talk about a variety of topics.
On March 1st, the show will focus on the Marriage Amendment, asking: "Should Pennsylvania constitutionally define marriage as being between one man and one woman?"
