Superior Court Judge Timothy M. Frawley is to decide on whether to accept the Proposition 8 (Marriage Amendment in California) ballot title and summary approved by Attorney General Jerry Brown, or to order changes based on a lawsuit filed by backers of a constitutional ban. Supporters of a ballot measure want to amend the state Constitution to say "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."
